We bin doin' this for a while now - since about 1993, in fact - back in the days of Win 3.1, Netscape, and Cosmo. The internet was nascent, but with three or four years of Bulletin Board-ing experience, we jumped right into the whole internet design thing. There was no such thing as WYSIWG, Flash, javascript, or colour monitors...
